The minimum charge is £60, which includes the call-out and the first hour on site. After that, additional time is charged in 30-minute blocks where needed.

Materials and replacement parts are charged separately where required. If I need to buy parts for the job, I will confirm this with you before proceeding.

A.No. PAT testing checks suitable portable electrical equipment. An EICR is a fixed electrical installation condition report and must be carried out by an appropriately qualified electrician.

Q.Can you fix a dripping tap?

A.Yes. I can repair or replace many common taps, cartridges and washers. If the tap is badly worn, corroded or not worth repairing, replacement may be the better option.

Q.Can you fix a toilet flush?

A.Yes. I can repair or replace common toilet flush mechanisms, fill valves and toilet seats. Photos of the toilet cistern and faulty part help before booking.

Q.Can you connect a washing machine or dishwasher?

A.Yes, where the existing plumbing connections are already in place and suitable. If new pipework, electrical points or major alterations are needed, a specialist may be required.
